About GolfCard
GolfCard is working on something new and exciting – the first rewards credit card made for golfers. We are motivated to make every step of the golf journey more rewarding by bringing real benefits, exclusive perks, and bucket-list experiences to our cardholders. We’re building a new kind of membership experience tailored for golfers – and we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Growth Marketing Manager to help plan and execute our GTM strategy.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can wear multiple hats as we bring GolfCard to market. You’ll own our marketing strategy and execution, from shaping the launch plan to producing content, running campaigns, managing social, and analyzing results.
This is an early hire and a foundational role. You’ll work directly with the founding team and be instrumental in building GolfCard’s brand and user base. We are looking for a well-rounded marketing mind who can bring our brand to life.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for GolfCard’s launch and growth
- Own content creation: write marketing emails, website copy, landing pages, and social media content
- Make sure all content is compliant with relevant financial regulations
- Manage GolfCard’s brand voice and presence across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Run and test growth initiatives across channels, including referral programs, paid acquisition, influencer partnerships, and email/SMS marketing
- Analyze performance and track growth metrics across funnels and campaigns
- Collaborate with ops and finance to meet important conversion, LTV, and CAC metrics
- Help refine messaging and positioning based on user research and performance data
- Coordinate with PR, agencies, or freelancers as needed to scale growth efforts
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 3–6 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in fintech, consumer, or early-stage startups
- Have successfully launched a brand before
- Are a strong writer who can translate features into compelling, user-friendly copy
- Are a creative thinker who understands social media, content, and community building
- Are also analytical and can work with data to optimize campaigns and report performance
- Can operate independently, prioritize well, and thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic environment
- Are excited about being part of a product launch and helping build something from zero to one

Nice to Haves
- Experience launching or marketing a credit card, consumer fintech product, or loyalty/rewards platform
- Background in brand building or lifestyle marketing
- Experience with low-code tools (Webflow, Notion, etc.), CRM/email tools (Klaviyo, Customer.io), or ad platforms (Meta, Google)
- You’re a golfer (or at least know the culture!)
