About Random Golf Club
Random Golf Club is a globally recognized brand in golf. We create culture-forward golf experiences and content that bring people together on and off the course.
Our Mad Scramble Tour is a high-volume, high-energy experience that brings 100+ golfers together in cities across the country. RGC Classics are elevated events at premier and hidden-gem courses alike.
These tours operate under real pressure, fast timelines, and constant movement. Precision, accountability, and stamina matter.
The Job
We are not hiring for a trip, an experience, or a “cool golf gig.”
This is a physically demanding, operational role inside a national events tour. You will help execute multiple events per week in new cities, often under tight windows and unpredictable conditions.
We are looking for people who:
- Think clearly and professionally when tired or under pressure
- Take action before being asked
- Maintain standards when things get chaotic
- Take pride in execution
This role requires long days, early mornings, physical work, and extended time on the road. You will be expected to perform consistently regardless of weather, travel fatigue, or stress.
If you want comfort or flexibility, this is not the role for you.
The road team does try to fit in awesome golf experiences in our off time - but only when all our admin and setup is complete.
What You’ll Do
Depending on the city and event type, you will support operations across:
Event Execution
- Setting up and breaking down event infrastructure (check-in, signage, merch, activations)
- Supporting player check-in and guest experience
- Assisting with crew meals
- Managing on-course flow, contests, and sponsor activations
- Acting as a visible, friendly representative of RGC
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly
- Supporting post-event breakdown and wrap-up
Logistics & Travel
- Traveling for three-week stretches at a time
- Driving between Tour stops (3–5 hours per day required)
- Loading, unloading, and organizing Tour vehicles
- Packing and transporting assets between cities
- Supporting inventory tracking for merch, signage, and equipment
- Organizing gear on travel days
Community & Brand
- Representing RGC culture and values in person
- Helping create inclusive, positive experiences for players
- Supporting photo, video, and social content moments when needed
- Contributing to community building in each city
Team Support
- Working closely with Tour Leads and Events staff
- Communicating clearly about issues or needs on site
- Remaining flexible as priorities shift
- Helping wherever the team needs coverage
Who This Is For
- Someone who enjoys hands-on work
- Comfortable traveling for long stretches
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Calm in fast-moving environments
- Physically capable of long days on course
- Energized by live events and community
- Loves golf
Commitment
- Full length of the Mad Scramble Tour dates
- Includes weekends and travel days
- Seasonal / contract-based role
- No drop-off in performance expected across Tour legs
What You Get
- Tour-based pay (salary or per-event rate)
- Travel and lodging covered while on Tour
- Apparel and gear provided
- Hands-on experience producing RGC events
- Access to iconic and unique golf courses
- A front-row seat to how a national tour operates
